Tadalafil is used to treat men who have erectile dysfunction (also called sexual impotence). Tadalafil belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. These medicines prevent an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type-5 from working too quickly.

DANAZOL (DA na zole) is used in women to treat endometriosis and the symptoms of fibrocystic breast disease. This medicine may also be used in men and women to prevent serious allergic reactions known as angioedema.

Citicoline is used in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, stroke, dementia in Parkinson's disease, age related memory loss and head injury. Citicoline is a nerve protecting medicine. It works on the brain by nourishing the nerve cells, protects them from damage and improves their survival.

Dihydroartemisinin/piperaquine was approved by the European Medicines Agency in 2011 for the treatment of symptomatic, uncomplicated malaria in adults, children and infants older than 6 months and/or above 5 kg. Children: 6 years – 12 years: 1 -2 suppositories every 4 to 6 hours.

Metformin + Myo-Inositol is a combination of two medicines used for the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It helps support regular ovulation and menstrual cycles. An upset stomach with nausea and diarrhea may occur initially. Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.
