INDICATIONS :

USES :

INDICATIONS :

Alfuzosin is a medication of the α₁ blocker class. It is used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia. As an antagonist of the α₁ adrenergic receptor, it works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.

USES :

Alfuzosin is used by men to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia–BPH). It does not shrink the prostate, but it works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and the bladder. This helps to relieve symptoms of BPH such as difficulty in beginning the flow of urine, weak stream, and the need to urinate often or urgently (including during the middle of the night).

USES :

Torsemide treats edema that is, it reduces the presence of extra fluid that develops in the body as a result of health problems like kidney or liver disease and heart failure. Thus, the drug helps in the relief of related symptoms which may include swelling of the abdomen or hand and legs and problems with breathing. It also effectively treats hypertension, that is, high blood pressure.

Claudication pain is caused by too little oxygen getting to the muscles. Cilostazol can increase blood flow and the amount of oxygen that gets to the muscles.
