Alendronate is used to prevent and treat osteoporosis (thinning of the bone) in women after menopause. This medicine may also be used to increase bone mass in men who have osteoporosis, and in men and women to prevent and treat osteoporosis caused by long-term use of corticosteroids (cortisone-like medicine).

PROGESTERONE (proe JES ter one) treats low levels of progesterone in your body. Progesterone helps support your body before and during pregnancy, including preparing and maintaining the health of your uterus. It works by increasing levels of the hormone progesterone in your body. This medication is a progestin hormone.

CLOMIPRAMINE (kloe MI pra meen) treats obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). It increases the amount of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, substances that help regulate mood. It belongs to a group of medications called tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs).
